6 weeks but I had severe preeclampsia
6 weeks with my daughter who’s now 5 and with my son it was only 10days x
I had a c section because When I arrived at the hospital I was pushing, fully dilated and my son was breached with the umbilical cord wrapped around him. Not sure of that counts as a true emergency c section but I don’t believe I received any injections for thrombosis.
I had them for 6 weeks after, I was also on them all throughout my pregnancy as I’ve had a blood clot previously so was more at risk I think, I was also having twins so don’t know if that added to the risk x
6 weeks due to needing 2 blood transfusions after a near death experience in emergency c section under GA. I’ve still got 2 weeks left 😭

10 days, think I used 9 as I broke one. Also has 3 days worth in hospital, I dreaded doing them so had to get someone else to do it for me
Im currently on day 4 of 10. I’m absolutely terrified of needles but managing ok. Just a little stingy x

2 x injections at the same time for 6 weeks 😭
Because my labour was over 24 hours and if it's a lengthy labour the risks are higher with c section complications too. Therefore 6 weeks of injections I did take them all as well. Hated it but had to be done.

There is a scored scale of whether these are needed by patients totally dependent on birth experience and health, weight, pre existing conditions etc so everyone is totally different whether they need them at all or for how long
Everyday for 6 weeks but only managed to do them everyday for 3 weeks as they were just way too sore for me 😣 I don't recommend doing that, though as it is a risk. I made sure to go out and was walking round loads.
I did all 10 days worth of the injections and I’m guessing it will be the same for my elective x
For both pregnancies I’ve been on them since 28weeks and will need a further 6 weeks after birth longer time period due to underlying health condition
10 days and used them all. I was too scared to do it myself so luckily my husband’s cousin is a nurse so she came and did it for me!
Yeah. 10 days. Imswear they hurt more each time lol
