Thank you! That’s very reassuring. This whole process is already so overwhelming!! 🙂
You can ask your doctor for a certificate noting you are carrying needles for medical use. Also I found when travelling to hotels/restaurants there was never an issue with them storing my small bag of medicine in the fridge for me.
Thank you!
I would just make sure you are not missing any timed scans or bloods. But if you are just starting meds you will probably be ok :)
Thanks! I got my schedule for bloods and scans and we are good! 😊 we’re back before I need to go back for a scan.
@Alison it really is so overwhelming. One day at a time 🫶🏼
I traveled during my IVF cycle and it’s super easy! Pack your needles/meds in your carry on in case your luggage gets lost. I gave TSA a heads up that I had medication/needles in my bag but they didn’t care, but I kept everything with labels affixed so it had my name, dr name and RX # listed just in case. Also if you’re switching time zones.. try to stay as close to your home time zone as you can with injections/meds. If I’m missing anything, feel free to ask away! You got this :)
