Mucus plug...
I am 32 weeks + 4 days... yesterday I lost some of my mucus plug (no blood present) have then lost more today. Have more tightenings over the last few days but nothing that's painful (Braxton hicks style) and a big increase in pressure down below. Should I be going to get checked or Is this normal for 32 weeks ....?

It can be normal to lose your mucus plug early and it regenerates but if there is pressure too, I’d probably get checked over x
I would call to check. I lost some at 30+4 and didn’t have my son until over 40 weeks. I was told it wasn’t a concern if no other symptoms of Labour but always best to check with your own triage team

I'd call your care team and see what they say, apparently mucus plugs can re grow?
