Breakfast

I'm running out of ideas for my 7 month old for breakfast. She seems to have gone off everything we give her. She's been having purees and porridge since she was 4 months and she's bored of everything, we've tried omelette and toast but she isn't interested after a few bites. Any advice would be much appreciated TIA

I always find ideas on tik tok my lg has just started going off breakfast we give her porridge most days I’ve just made some weetabix bliss balls type things as she’s really starting to enjoy self feeding and not wanting us to spoon feed her as much I’m going to try them in the morning. 2 weetabix crushed up Any kind of fruit purée I added a bit of yoghurt You can also add peanut butter Then mix it to a paste roll it into a ball and pop it in the fridge for the morning I have no idea how they will go down but it’s a change xx

French toast is a big hit here currently. What about pancakes? When I'm feeling lazy I make them Austrian style like Kaiserschmarrn (obv Low sugar, no alcohol!)

@Georgia this is a good idea!

@Georgia that's an amazing idea. I'll give that a go. Thank you so much. I'll definitely look on tiktok xx

@Cheryl I never thought of that. Thank you. She's had pancakes before when we have them, just need to convince her to eat them and not throw them lol

Egg cups with various vegetables in. Put your vegetables in silicone cake cases (peppers and mozzarella, spinach, cheddar and broccoli, bacon, etc) and top it up with a mixture of eggs and milk (7 eggs to 2 tablespoons of milk). The mixture makes about 8. Put in the oven at 180° for 20 mins or until the mixture is cooked. Perfect for self feeding.
