Out of breath
Is anyone else already experiencing shortness of breath? I remember being super short of breath towards the end with my first but I’m really feeling it this time. Like I literally have to sit down after standing up for a few min’s sometimes just to catch my breath again😮💨

Sometimes it happens when it's humid and stuffy ,not windy.u can turn on fan and it ll gjve a bit relief
