Saying no to everything
My son is 15 months and he learned to shake his head no around 13 months. We’ve tried teaching him to shake his head to say yes, but he just says no to everything. If I ask him if he wants more (for food) he’ll shake his head no and then open his mouth for more. It’s like he thinks he’s saying yes. How to I teach him the difference between the two?

Nodding head yes actually comes on later in development! Just keep modeling yes and no and he will catch on eventually

I just keep repeating yes to mine. Like if I ask her if she wants more (she says more) but I say “yes” a couple times and nod my head. She’s catching on
