I read one study that said it was fine to stay in as long as you yourself didn't feel overheated. They used internal thermometers and showed that your internal temp doesn't go too hot as long as you feel comfortable with the temperature 🤞 but I wouldn't go for a very hot bath

@Hester I wouldn’t have a really hot one but I just really want a nice long soak haven’t had one since I found out I’ve been to scared

Honestly, as long as I wanted 😂 I just made sure it was never too hot that I'd feel a bit overheated. But I'd sit in there for ages having a soak. Little one would always start playing about in there too so I'd literally just lay there watching him move around! Make sure it's a reasonable temperature and I'm sure you'll be fine xx

@Sally thank you honestly I was just to scared to have a long bath so I’d have showers but now the back pain has started I need a bath to see if it eases the pain 🤣

I lived in the bath the whole way through 🤣! I didn’t know you couldn’t stay a certain time just knew about the temperature couldn’t be to hot.

It’s just the temperature you have to be cautious with because it can cause your blood pressure to dip when you get out and you are more likely to faint and hurt yourself. I never has issues with blood pressure so lived in hot baths when pregnant 😊

There's no time limit 😊

As long as it's not a really hot bath you should fine, my bump loves being in the water, proper kicks

Thank you everyone that eases my mind a little bit felt guilty after having a bath last night and being in for longer then 10 minutes
