Weaning twins

My 6 month old twins seem to be spitting out any type of purees food etc. i did have some luck with some wosits type of snack even then they were just licking them and it was just melting. They dont seem to be intrested in any sort of foods. Is this normal, my 22 month old was very quick i had no issues with him in fact he started eating at 4 months old. Any advice i seem to be struggling and now im getting worried
