Vacuum cleaner recommendations! Pls!

I need a new vacuum cleaner. Mainly to be used on tiles. I want to buy it in black friday. Help me out! We don't have a huge flat - about 70m2, mainly tiles. I want it to be good with getting dust off the tiles and perform well on hard surfaces. Don't need lots of bells and whistles just do the vacuuming well. I don't mind too much corded or cordless but I want something easy to store and get out each day or so. Currently looking at the Samsung Jet 65 or 85 pet. Shark is always and option but not been blown away by the last one I had. Ideally looking to spend £300 max. Any old school ones I should be considering? A mielle?
