How long is labour after a bloody show?!

I had my bloody show at 7am on a Friday he was here 7.57am Saturday

With my first baby had it at 11am and he was here at 10pm Baby I just had on Monday I only had a tiny amount of blood at 2am when I wiped and he was here at 4am

@Elsha jesus! Very fast! Well done girl🫶 this is my 2nd pregnancy but i didnt get bloody show with my first because i was induced and everything happened quickly so I have no idea what to expect this time round xxx

@Dilara Oh yeah super quick, he was born on my sofa whilst midwifes were pulling my joggers down 🤣 I was due to be induced on the Tuesday so was super happy I managed to avoid that! Good luck hope it goes smoothly for you! Xx

Wanted to ask this myself! Had a sweep Tuesday morning and lost my bloody show last night and been having irregular but strong contractions ever since so fingers crossed we’ll be meeting our babies very soon!

I’m 40 + 4 and SO fed up. Had a sweep Tues afternoon when I was 40 +2 , Was told I was only 1cm. Wed AM I lost some of my plug ( it wasn’t huge but was like a solid brown jelly- sorry tmi?) But since then nothing 😭 Got another sweep Friday. Baby is apparantly back to back too

I had a sweep Tuesday and I’ve had SO MUCH bloody show for the last 2 days but I’m still not in labour 🤷‍♀️ With my first I had a bloody show and was having strong contractions within an hour.

I had my sweep on Thursday and the show started on Friday night. Contractions followed on Saturday night but baby was born on Wednesday morning at 41 + 1. If you can get another sweep, it might speed things up. Good luck 🍀

I had my bloody show 11 days ago and then my mucus plug fully came out 7 days later and still nothing 😂😅 being induced tomorrow
