It's a cliche that moms get touched out at times. She will grow past it. Keep playing
A lot of moms will probably give me hell for it. But have you tried the dancing fruit videos? My son refused to not be held by someone. Thankfully I was living with my dad at the time. We had a full house. It was my son, his father and I, my sister in law, brother, their two kids, my dad and my stepmom. So most of the time he did have someone willing to hold him. And it was like playing hot potato. Because aside from me, he’d eventually start crying, but he’d stop once he switched to a different person. But the dancing fruit videos got his attention and he could be in the playpen for like 15-30 minutes watching them. Then if he started crying we sent my 4 year old niece into the playpen with him and he’d watch with her for another 15-30 minutes. I did that once a day because I was the one who cooked for the house. If he got upset again before I finished cooking, I’d put him in the height chair and have him near me.
Development of separation anxiety is a killer. Mine was like this for a few weeks too and even now still a little, particularly if she's tired or sick. It's so intense ☠️! You may already be doing this but it can help sometimes to keep talking to her from other rooms so she knows you're still nearby. Toys wise my girl went through a phase of hating all of them, but she could be entertained by random objects, water bottles, my concealer 🤦♀️
