Please help and advise
So I’m really sick to the point I can’t look after my little one and just need to sleep to recover. My husband works weekends and doesn’t want to take time off. We’re not near any family so that’s out of the question. My boy is at that age where he’s starting to throw tantrums, gets bored easily and just wants constant attention. I’ve been sick since Monday and it’s just gotten worse today. I’ve been out of hours GP last night as it got really bad and my usual GP this morn and I just need rest. Should I tell my husband he needs to take tomorrow off?

Yesss, if you’re not able to rest and recover you wont be able to give him the attention he needs.
Yes he needs to it is important and especially if you don't have the nearest support near you and the only support you have closest is your partner then yes he is gonna have to and it not the end of the world the money will come and go and its important as well that you rest up
