I would get off depo, I don't hear anything good about it , and it's not meant for long term use , a year max . No birth control is better in my opinion. But I have irregular periods and I want to get them on a cycle so I feel normal lol, so I chose the pill. And seems to be working fine , besides I get real hungry. But downing a bottle of room temp water helps with the hunger pains . You could try the patch , but tbh unless you stick with DEPO or get an IUD You'll have to be responsible with the pill The way I got on a good schedule Was the fact that I need to take iron and Vitamin D So I have an alarm set when I know I'm awake either at work or at home and stick to that time. Which for me is 10am and I've been pretty good about it I hope you come To a good decision that's best for you ! Before that it was good ol pullout game 😂😂 but can't trust hubby to not give me another baby

IUD Mirena was my choice, no nasty side effects, and feeling better. Besides 8 years, no worries ! But in my understanding, that particular one is not for every woman..

I have the copper coil (iud) and its brilliant. Its non hormonal so doesn't have any side effects really

I had the copper coil and would get it again. It’s non hormonal x
