@Maria which numbing cream did you use? The protocol I got just says dates about when to start and the units to take. But I’ll give them an email
Hi! I got my husband to do all of my injections because I just couldn’t do them myself. I think that made it easier so I could focus on something else whilst it hastened! When you’re doing both jabs do them both on the same side of your stomach, alternate which side you inject each day. I think you need to be at least 2 inches from your belly button but otherwise they can go next to each other
@Lauren Emla, you can buy it over the counter. Hm, they should’ve explained time, do question them.
Try holding an ice pack on your belly for 5 mins before and after doing the injections. That really helped me with the pain as I am a massive wimp with pain and needles
I just used a pack of peas from the freezer just to numb the area. It seemed to help most of the time.
You can also order TXX I think it’s more for tattoos so its strong like 40% we’re that Elma only 5% it’s great numbing the injection Site x
I personally found Menopur completely painless. I used numbing cream for fyremadel as the needle in much thicker. I don’t remember about spacing, as it’s been a while. Your clinic should give you a schedule, better check with them.
