Anyone else really struggling with hormones?
Having one of those 'down' periods where hormones are doing me dirty. I have a headache, feel uncomfortable and irritable. anyone else around the 23/24 mark feeling the same? 😪

I get this horrible headache behind my right eye, it also twitches, it's very annoying I'm always annoyed and irritated since having my first baby, so no change there 🤣 it's definitely the lack of sleep
