I would check for stis, even if you’re in a relationship…you just never know. If the regular tests come back clear, and it still doesn’t go away. Get checked for m-gen. It’s not something they regularly test for but is becoming more common and can cause a smell. It could also be recurring bv, have you been to the gp about it? They might have something better than the stuff you can buy x
Pop in to a walk in sexual health clinic and get the full screening done. Theyre the experts at these things and much better at picking up the right diagnosis and advice than gps as it’s literally what they do all day every day ☺️ they don’t only deal with stis but all gyne related issues and can point you to gp after if that’s what’s needed
I would try using a full body deodorant according to the instructions and I would try using a really deep cleaning strategy for the cotton undies - either a pretreat soak or a really hot water or steam cycle, even bleach. It could just be that the laundry isn’t getting fully clean.
Have you had bloodwork done? I had bad body odor for years. Finally did blood work for pregnancy reasons and discovered I had low vitamin d which can contribute to foul discharge/sweat. Started taking vitamin d a month ago and I smell a big difference. Also I now eat more probiotic yogurt. The make probiotic pills if you don’t like yogurt.
Go to the doc and ask for an infection specific test. It'll be like a smear. But a PAP smear is just for HPV I'm pretty sure, that wouldn't tell you if you have an infection. There is such a thing as washing too much too. The vagina is self cleaning so cleaning too much and/or using soap, deodorants too much can throw off your natural balance and cause off pH, leading to infections. Try using a vaginal specific soap. There's some pH balanced ones for bits. How long pp are you? I found I smelt a bit gross regardless of washing etc for a few months pp as my hormones settled. Take daily vitamins, improve your diet and drink plenty of water. Apparently putting natural yoghurt on your bits can help so I've been told never tried it personally :S
I use boric acid pills for BV. Purchased them off amazon and it really clears everything out.
Not a medical professional but have you asked your gp for a swab to test for infection because some infections can only be picked up by the swab such as Trichomoniasis which causes excessive discharge that has an unpleasant smell
