šŸ˜‡Are you patient?šŸ˜‡

I've been around impatient people all my life which is why "patience is the ultimate virtue" in my book. I aim to practice patience daily and what that looks like for me is -waiting in a long grocery line without worry, not letting traffic dictate my mood bumper to bumper can't faze me...baby cries music to my ears. It wasn't always like this, getting older really has its benefits.

Iā€™m not, but after reading this Iā€™m going to try to practice patience more daily šŸ™šŸ¼

Patient with some things. Not patient with others.

I have limited amount of patience and it really just depends on my mood

Iā€™ve been told Iā€™m patientā€¦ and I definitely wasnā€™t alwaysā€¦ but idk now Iā€™m more go with the flow.. I mean I have my moments like if Iā€™m running late but like with my kids and stuff now that we homeschool I have become a lot more of chill mom šŸ˜‚

Veryā€¦ but it depends on what Iā€™m being patient about and if I want to be patient with it or not

Lmao Iā€™m very calm, but I am not patient. Gets em every time šŸ˜‚

Iā€™m working on my patience as well. Some days are better than others. But learning that allowing someone else to dictate your mood really opened my eyes. Why? My husband and kids Iā€™ve become much better withā€¦strangers on the other handā€¦.they be trying me.

Iā€™m very patient

it depends on the situation - with children and things that cannot be helped then yes i think i can be very patient. but with ignorant adults or situations that couldā€™ve very easily been avoided i do definitely strugglešŸ™ˆšŸ˜‚xx

I definitely had a shorter fuse months ago Iā€™m really trying to better myself as a person and mother, I even use ā€œpatience is a virtueā€ to my toddler when heā€™s like ā€œjuice heeeehā€ x10 (his whine) before itā€™s refilled šŸ˜‚šŸ˜‚

@Ellie-May yeah no some people do not deserve the patience if theyā€™re just on some bullshit trying to start something like instigating

@Heidi thatā€™s how i feel about some of these polls and threadsšŸ˜‚ defo seen a few posts who are just rage baiting n i let it get to mešŸ˜‚

@Ellie-May me too!!! Sometimes I end up deleting cus I get a loud voice of ā€œdonā€™t waste your time and peace girlā€ in my headšŸ˜‚ had a huge fight with some anti-Palestinian on tiktok that made me realize I need to protect said peacešŸ§˜šŸ˜‚

I'm in-between right now because I'm be 29 years old in June 12th and so I got 1 year tell I'm 30 years old so I'm just enjoying my life and making memories with my son. But yes I'm starting to see that getting older has some benefits.

@Laura it's not easy but worth trying. It feels good to practice it.

@SquishyMommy1 what do you have the most patience with or for?

@AnimašŸŖ· lol people are always going to try and test you but nothing like letting it slide like butter. I come from a family of hot blooded latinas and we are always eager to snap but I'm changing. It's unlearning bad habits.

@Sam great quality to have. ā™„ļø

@Heidi for real I haven't gotten to the toddler stage again but kids require so much patience.

@Neisa that's good. 30s are definitely a new chapter. In my own experience you start seeing things differently. You start appreciating robes and slippers much more šŸ˜‹šŸ¤£

@VioletašŸ’• thank you ā˜ŗļø

@VioletašŸ’• my kids but there is also a line where the grace I give is over.
