Have a look at the flexible working law that came in in April this year as it changed some of the things youâre required to say and what youâre not. You used to have to say how it impacted the company etc whereas now theyâre not allowed to ask you that. Thereâs a helpful Instagram âpregnant then screwedâ that has lots of info that might help.
Quick question, for those of you going back less days then before, has your workload been decreased to reflect this and was your salary automatically pro rata or was there any discussion around this? Thank you
