Gift advice for me

Hello! I am a mum of a three year old and one year old, I have been asked to make a little list what I want for Christmas and I have absolutely no idea what to ask for. Apart from a few cook books I want I feel so lost in myself, my hobbies and interests are on hold and I want to lose weight to get nice clothes (bad mindset to be in but is what it is ) and I’m so lost. I don’t want food, nor bath things (get a nice long bath rarely anyway) jewellery just gets tugged at… I’m at a lost but I want to be treated lol 😂 any suggestions ? ♥️🛍️

I feel this. I had to think long and hard about what I wanted and tbh, I just have asked to replace some things I like but are worn or run out. I’ve asked for mascara, boots, trainers, perfume, a body scrub, pjs. What I really want is time to myself, but I’ll get more of that next year now baby is nearly a year old and will be off to nursery. And then I’ll find myself again.

I asked my partner to get me a tablet and stylus so I can watch my documentaries without having to go upstairs and so I can do colouring in. Amazon has the fire 8 HD for £50 and I thought it was a bargain so he's bought me that 😊 I've also asked for books, headphones, a weighted blanket and comfy clothes.

What about a spa day, or a treatment? Massage? If you want to lose weight, could ask for a Fitbit (to help with the mindset of wanting to lose weight), some nice make up, skin care etc?

Gift cards for audio books, car detailing, athletic/ work out clothes (as motivation if you want), babysitting coupons (like an "i owe you")

I asked for a gun massager:)

Favorite makeup or beauty items, (I asked for castor oil pack, perfume I’m almost out of but love, more lotion and oil that’s part of my after shower routine) then any hobbies you like or want to get into, mugs or cups for coffee, anything that makes you smile, and experience gifts are a big one for me. A trip to the spa or massage/ hair if you want something to treat yourself- but I also asked for a membership to the children’s museum near me so I had something to do with baby (aquarium or zoo could also work), and for my partner to plan some kinda adventure for all of us to enjoy.

Gift cards for when you actually do have things that you want ! :)

Fancy perfume. Even if I do just wear it with my comfy clothes 😅

My sister asked what I wanted and I just said a homemade voucher for baby sitting lol! All I want is to have a bit of free time occasionally with my husband or by myself to feel human again. So the offer a babysitting once in a blue moon would be a great present from my point of view and it’s free!

I have asked for nice cosy things, nice pj’s, a new makeup bag, comfy shoes etc

Babysitting hours to have a chance to get back to your hobbies or start exercising again.

I was thinking after baby comes I’m going to ask for a massage! So desperate for one right now!

With two young kiddos it's hard to have much time for yourself, but you can have moments and small things that will brighten up your day.. Ask for those.. For me it would be soft new dressing gown to put on when kids wake up at 5:30 and I hate the world, nice cup to enjoy pouring my morning coffee into, even though it will still sit there cold and horrible 3 hours later etc Maybe some posh supplements which will make your tired body and mind feel better. If you say you want to lose weight, maybe even a subscription to some weight loss app or a program could also be part of it. Also, if you can't have time free from kids, then a yearly pass for a place where you can go with kids and relax and not have them on top of you.. For me that would be Colchester zoo for example, but there are lots of woods, farms, gardens, zoo's, acvariums etc that have great relaxing vibes and lots activities for little ones to enjoy and give you a break..

Wine, flowers, chocolate Brazil nuts, perfume, jigsaw, elemis cleanser and facial voucher ❤️ (I’m the easiest person to buy for!)
