SOS what do I do?!? (Maybe TMI)

Haha idk if I’m delirious right now or what but I am currently in my period and I swear up and down that I put in a tampon before bed last night and this morning while I was looking for it to pull it out, I panicked because I couldn’t find it. Thought I might of shoved it deep up there so I go searching and I ended up pulling out my IUD. Do I call to put it back in?? Or just call and let them know and say eff it?!? I’m hesitant because its been 6 mo since I have had it inserted and I’m still getting my period and they are longer than they ever have been on top of I’m not losing any baby weight. Not that I’m working out but I don’t eat crazy and my diet has not changed from what it was pre-baby

For starters do you want another baby now? If you don’t want another baby and don’t want another IUD, call the doc for some kind of birth control or start using spermicide? I’ve heard horror stories about using an IUD and refuse to get one. I’ve tried other birth controls and they made my periods worse. Like depo was horrible for me. I always used spermicide and tracked my ovulation. You could always try that? Sometimes the hormones from birth control will make your periods worse.

Tbh I'd go to the doctor incase any damage was caused by removal and to discuss how things have been

Go to the doctor to ensure that you didn't hurt yourself and to also check for the tampon. As for issues with weight, have you ever been checked for PCOS? Weight loss and maintaining a good weight is difficult with PCOS and it gets even harder to do so after having a child(ren) even with a good diet and exercise. I have PCOS and endometriosis and have found it extremely difficult to lose the last 30lbs needed to get me to my prepregnacy weight so I'm going to take myo inositol again to hopefully help me out with that.

Personally, I had to actually TRY to loose my baby weight. Some women are built differently and it will just come off but for me it wasn’t the case. So I started E2M (Eager to Motivate) it’s a Facebook group that has a really amazing community. They give you daily meal plans and exercise routines you can do at home. It REALLY works if you stick to it (even if you’re not perfect I’m telling you it works as long as u do most of the things) 6 months I lost 40lbs. Losing the weight and working out with this meal plan also got my hormones regulated again. For the past 3 months I returned to my sedentary lifestyle and eat normally and I’ve kept the weight off. I do feel like working out helps with my sleep, mood, and period regulation. But yea, it def sounds like you should visit the doc for the IUD and perhaps ask about all your other symptoms
