I have suffered with health anxiety since I got pregnant with my baby who's two in March. I also felt like it was taking over my life, and referred myself to "Time to talk" not sure where you're based but it's definitely worth speaking to GP about it and seeing what options are close to you. CBT really helped me overcome most of what I was feeling, and I still have some bad days but absolutely nothing compared to what it was like. Please message me if you ever want to talk, I know how upsetting it can be and how a listening ear can be so helpful. X
You can get help with it, particularly CBT can help. There is a bit of a wait on the nhs but speak to your GP and they will refer you/you can refer yourself depending on which area you live in. Mind also do some practical skills workshops around stuff like this.
