@Ebony thank you , I feel awful I’ve cancelled on so many people maybe I’ll start with using an Uber or something to get to the destination so I don’t have to worry about driving
Or even a walk to the local pub or park. I walked to town as I like to push my anxiety a lot further (it's been beneficial for me). But try a local trip and see how that goes. Before I went on mat leave I worked with people with all kinds of mental health and am more than happy to chat about my experience with mental health and how I've helped others if that'll be beneficial to you 😊
When my little girl was first born I was scared of being out alone. I forced myself into town one day and I've not looked back. My little girl is now 8 months old and we're out most days. Plan to meet someone in town so you're leaving the house alone but you'll be able to have anxiety eased by having someone meeting you. It's a step and a hurdle you'll be able to overcome.
