@Grace your very welcome
i’m not sure. you’d have to look around but i know it’s out there. and with what lisa said. me personally couldn’t fall pregnant whatsoever and then i started talking multivitamins and 3 weeks later i fell pregnant. couldn’t tell u the science behind it but it worked !
@Sam I’ll try it thank you so much for your advice xx
I don’t have endometriosis but it took me 15 months to conceive baby number 2. The only thing I really did differently was take maca root. I’d heard amazing things about it regarding fertility. I’m not sure if it was just a coincidence but it definitely worked for me. X
@Chloe thank you xx
I had an endometrial cyst and was told I would struggle to conceive. I started drinking raspberry leaf tea as I felt it cleansed the reproductive system. Three kids later and I didn't have any problems conceiving!!
@Becky does it taste nice? They tell you to drink it to bring on labour dont they! I might try it and see cuz they’ve told me I won’t be able to conceive but I had it with my daughter and I didn’t know xx
@Grace I liked the taste. Make sure it's raspberry leaf and not raspberry. You can get it in health food shops. Once you're pregnant stop taking it though as it could bring on premature labour. Good luck!
I have severe endometriosis. Moderate adenomyosis and also mild pcos. You can message me for my full regimen what I did to conceive as it was a looot. The endo diet is very specific. Aside from the diet and lifestyle changes we had sex every second day, I used fertilily moon cup and lube and I took myo inositol and I also made my partner take vitamins for sperm health as that also makes a difference to your chances. Reducing stress is also very important
@Alex thank you babe I’ll give you a message xx
@Becky thank you xx
i don’t have endo but would recommend dog blood bush. it’s a caribbean herb used for fertility. it’s also great for pcos
