I'm self reflecting and choosing to take accountability for my actions.
Reading, getting outside every day, investing time in my friendships, doing things that I enjoy. For me it’s all about doing the things that make me happy.
Therapy. Affirmations. Setting boundaries. Moving in silence , not everyone needs to know your plans or goals, very few genuinely care and some wish and pray for your downfall unfortunately, I don’t want that negative energy in my life anymore. Exercise. Eating healthy. Etc.
