I have never used a tampon before because I heard about toxic shock syndrome and have been paranoid since 😅 pads for me.

3+4. I have all period panties, cloth pads and the cup and I pick and choose what I want at the time.
I use disposable pads and reusable panties.
Diva Cup with period panties as a back-up.

My sister got me to try the reusable period underwear….i was skeptical because i have a HEAVY flow for 6-7 days…..AND I WILL NEVER GO BACK!!! They have been amazing and I’m so sad I didn’t use them earlier!!

Love hate relationship with the cup. Taking it out is messy and if you don’t get the right grip it feels like you’re almost gonna pull your insides out🤣🤣🤣

@Lara it’s just me and you with the menstrual cup .The way that thing is good . I have to remind myself I’m on my periods ☺️
@Offy I’ve been team Diva Cup since 2013! People are missing a trick because dried blood is what really smells, Diva Cup keeps it liquid and odor to a minimum. I feel so clean with it, those first few postpartum months where I was using pads again was 🤢
@Lara Oh okay okay. My nails grow pretty long and I get overlays over them and sometimes I do cut them down but they grow pretty fast. I asked cause my nails length had me hesitant on trying the cup. Didn’t wanna scratch my coochie to hell. 😂

@Lys ❤️🔥 I feel like once you get the technique down you know exactly where to place everything, my nails never even make contact with myself, just the edges of the cup.

@Lara yes,diva cup for me too.pp ,using the pads again felt foreign to me ,it was confusing,too much waste and things to handle ,With the cup ,I take it out ,see how much I bled ,poor everything and flash it ,clean it,it smells almost like nothing.i use a bidet,i feel pure,look ,sometimes I look forward to my periods ..😅
@Nadia you just need to relax and not be in a rush .in the beginning I was almost always messy I almost gave up .Then I learned how to insert and remove correctly and oh my …I time myself I know approximately how many hours I need before I change everyday ,that way ,the cup is still dry on the outside.😍
I did used to use cloth pads They were the intro to eco friendly period products And that was just so much more comfortable than disposable pads and felt healthier than tampons
