Progesterone

Has anyone taken progesterone? If so, what are your thoughts on it? Did it help you conceive? I didn’t get mine from a doctor, and idk if that’s bad. Do I need to take anything else with it?

I do think it helped me. I took a double dose of clomid and later I took progesterone from my lh peak onward. Between thr 2 I ovulate 1 day early and gave my body time to implant and I'm currently still pregnant after 2 miscarriage last year

I would definitely work with your doctor on it because I believe you’re only supposed to take it during specific parts of your cycle

@Ali that is true. On the bottle it tells you when to take it. It’s a liquid. I haven’t started taking it yet, because I’m on my period right now.

Oh that’s good. I have never taken it to get pregnant but have seen things. I just took it vaginally after getting pregnant as a possible way to not miscarry
