Is anyone else suffering with nose bleeds??

I had quite a few when pregnant with my first, and a couple in my first trimester this time. When I looked into it I wasn’t concerned as seems quite normal with hormone changes and increase in blood flow.

I would advise to speak to your midwife about it. :) I had them earlier on in pregnancy on the daily and was told it was due to hormone changes but can be for many reasons throughout / further along in pregnancy.

I woke up this morning with a nose bleed! I’m going to speak to midwife this morning. I’m not worried, it sounds common

@Nancy so did I, It’s been my third one this pregnancy and with the odd little bit of blood in my tissue when I blow my nose, so strange lol x

@Jemma yes I read online it’s Hormones, I never had them in my first pregnancy x

Nose bleeds are very normal in pregnancy, it’s due to the extra volume of blood you have pumping around your body and a change in your hormones x

Yes, been having them sporadically for the last couple of weeks.

I had only one nose bleed in this pregnancy but in my previous one, I had lots in the morning but only during my first trimester. I would not worry
