Feeling upset

My husband just expressed that he wants to practice abstinence. Bc neither one of want to bring kids into this world. I tried to get an IUD, but it can't be placed bc of scar tissue I have. We don't have health insurance or else he'd get snipped. I'm upset he doesn't want to be intimate anymore.

There’s other ways of being intimate that doesn’t involved penetration where you both can get off. Maybe suggest that. I would also check into planned parenthood there’s a lot of different birth control options. And also why aren’t condoms an option?
