Started birth control last week and this weekend has felt like doomsday on a loop. I am so emotional, barely sleeping, just a wreck. Like I absolutely see why new moms crash out. Yikes🥲🫠. I was on BC before getting pregnant but this feels like the first time I ever took it and it’s 10x WORSE!

Tell your doc to try a pill with a different type of progesterone, it’s usually progesterone associated with mood symptoms

Same here! Thought it was just me but I just started bc for the first time and I feel every where and like I have no control

That's why I chose not to go on it

Omg! Birth control made me less emotional. Now I could cry over anything and I’m debating on going back on it. Where I felt tougher lol
