Hey! I’m going to be private, I didn’t qualify for NHS due to my BMI and were using a clinic in Ireland, Therapie fertility that doesn’t have a BMI limit. There is also some in London, however I prefer the approach I’ve seen from therapie
Well very best of luck lovely, Honestly getting the tests done and seeing where you're at gives them a firm plan on the direction to go in, but generally things don't take too long to get started if all is okay and nothing needs boosting or changing 😊🫶🏻
Thank you! I guess it’s taken so so long just to get to here, thankfully my tests up till now (bloods and ultrasound) have all been ok. So I’m hoping nothing untoward comes out of the HYCOSY
I've had 3 done during surgeries, and it's always nerve wracking 😊🫶🏻 But if there's issues, it shouldn't hinder your IVF process too much 💖 I know a lovely lady with both tubes blocked and her IVF experience has been pretty straight forward, her lining was a little touch and go, however they just adjusted her protocol a little.. 😊🫶🏻 Sending you lots of love and luck that all is straight forward for you xxx

Will depend on the test results and how your doctor wants to formulate a protocol that’s best for what the results tell them. We did a DNA fragmentation, and my husband was referred to a urologist who did another series of tests and then once we’d got to the bottom of what it was (elevated estrogen was lowering his testosterone) he put him on a treatment of medication for 3 months and then we had to retest the DNA fragmentation before we could proceed with treatment. Whilst it’s so incredibly frustrating to have to wait, it was the turning point for us in knowing what the problem was. Sending you lots of luck 💫 xx
Hi welcome to the world of IVF ☺️🫶🏻 It's a difficult question if I'm honest, each couples situation is different, including the clinic you've chosen and how they operate, Personally my husband and I got all the tests done before we choose our clinic, but from all testing, then consultant appointments etc, I was on stims within a couple of weeks as we used my natural period cycle.. I do know a friend that had male factor, they got them in within weeks too, really does depend on results, circumstances, but generally at this stage they are putting everything together to form a plan.. 🙏🏻 May I ask, are you NHS or private? Not that it makes much of a difference of course, the procedures are the same, but I find with NHS you go through the process a little quicker as NHS patients are only entitled to certain amount of services as a standard ☺️🫶🏻 Sorry if i wasn't much help 😅
