I would assume your contract is only for 3 days if that's all you've ever worked so would also assume your omp would be based off that wage rather than a full time wage, if that's the case I would think that 3 days a week for 13 weeks would be what you need to work so you don't have to pay it back
It should be 13 weeks at the equivalent of the hours you were doing before going on maternity leave. So if you worked 3 days before being off, it's 13 weeks at 3 days after. If you were 5 days before, then it'll be 21 weeks and 2 days of 3day weeks after.

I haven't been in your situation but I read lt as you would have to do more time to pay it back. The only way I think you could maybe argue it is if they only paid you the percentage of your part time way. I'm full time so when I went off I got 90% of my full time wage. Did you get 90% of your part time wage or full time wage?
