Loss of interest in job

You are totally not alone. Literally been trying to come up with the way to still make money and stay at home with baby cause what’s work anymore 😩🤣🤣

I quit my job,was a sahm for a year then got a job I could do from home so I never had to leave my daughter. Definitely a lot more challenging doing both, but I'm a lot more happier.

I’m right there with you! What’s crazy is my husband and I crunched the numbers and we figured out me staying at home would actually save us money because daycare is so expensive now. Wouldn’t hurt to try to find a fully remote position if possible.

Same here girl! It doesn’t help that I hated my job to begin with - I’m a teacher and never had any free time 😭 I dread going back but my husband and I agree we can talk about our options after I finish out the school year. Daycare is expensive! So is life right now unfortunately

@Danielle (Danie P!) We are on the same page and have been asking around what business i can start with 4000 asap so I can stay home with my baby.

Yes absolutely. It is so much harder to prioritize now. I look at my job as the means to provide me the life that I have and can give to my LO

Same! I care enough to work but don’t care enough to devote all my attention. I’m the breadwinner so I cannot leave though. Husband is looking into getting into a higher paying job so maybe I can come down on fte when that happens and be with my girl

Yesss!! I just want to be home all the time with my little one! I got fired, it was amazing at first. Now I'm struggling because my savings is depleted. Trying to find something remote now.
