Thats so expensive 😳😳😳😳
Even my clinic didnt charge that much!
You might find local pharmacies (including supermarkets) are cheaper than stork, a lot of them avoid adding a mark-up to the costs of the medication. Just have to make sure they can order the medication within the timeframe you have 😊
Try fertility 2 u, it was cheaper than Asda and stork for me. And just to note pergoveris is a top quality stims med which is naturally very expensive so you will find it to be quite expensive compared to most stims in general. But it was £278.40 for one 900 pen at fertility 2 u so you’re looking at it being way cheaper than stork.
Zivafert I got from stork, and I paid the same, Clexane is also fine price wise, cyclogest I had prescribed from my GP so you could ask your dr if they will prescribe those for you. I managed to get 3 boxes of cyclogest for one nhs prescription charge from my Gp. Hope this helps
Asda! I’m going to get mine on Friday as I am waiting for my cycle to get going this month- around 17th. (FET) x
Fertility Medication centre!!! Saved us £££ even compared to Asda! Let along my clinic… real rip off!!!
@Mari I keep hearing this. Sorry to be dumb but do you go to Asda’s? Or is this an online thing? I found something online but I’d have to input my GP-s details. My GP is against my ivf treatment and is a horrible woman so I dont want to do that..
I’m sorry your GP isn’t supportive. Could you try to find another one? I know that isn’t easy ! I’m hoping to pop to Asda tomorrow to get my meds with my private prescription. I’ll let you know how I get on! X
I paid £700 in the total for everything, but I am doing abroad in Poland 🇵🇱.
I ended up going through the fertility medication centre who were incredibly kind and helpful. They’re basically an agent finding you the best price on the day. They ended up referring me to a company who booked the meds via Stork but with an 800 saving! I guess I saved my clinic’s markup and a bit. Thank you all for your suggestions. Ps, I will def change GP-s! Cannot bear that woman
Try Asda pharmacy as I found them to be the cheapest.
