I don’t want to turn to steroids I’m scared!

The only cream we’ve found that works for our daughter is Oilatum. They also do a bath additive for more severe eczema.

Breast milk or sieve some water through some oats and use the oat milk/water xxx

E45 or Diprobase worked for us. Talk to your pharmacist or doctor and they might have other suggestions that aren’t steroid based. Also found limiting baths to no more than twice a week really helped.

You could try the aveeno dermexa range. I have also heard dairy can cause flare ups, not sure if you're breast or bottle feeding

Have you considered allergies? My daughter has eczema and a dairy allergy, and it’s calmed down so much since eliminating dairy. She still has the odd flare up when she’s teething/poorly but it’s easily managed with steroids and cream.

Try la Roche posay it’s expensive but works also a brand called Salcura but when my lg went through a tough time with her excema I found using creams just irritated it more I left it alone and it pretty much went

Dairy? Limit baths water makes eczema much worse
