WHINING

We've gone through a couple of patches like this recently, I can't work out whether it's teething or just a developmental stage

I'm currently going through this. Not sure if it's because he just started nursery, because he's teething or something else that I'm unaware of

I've had a lot of this with my son recently. Have no idea what's caused it but we seem to be coming out the end of it now. It's lasted about a week. I gave him calpol a coupl of times through the day just in case there was something going on that I wasn't seeing. It's just been something I've had to ride out and let him be a bit clingy and whiny. Thank you ladies! We’re going through this phase but in a few weeks we’re moving to the other side of the country to be closer to family. So new house, new location, new nursery. If my son is whining like this now I am DREADING this move!

I’m currently going through this atm, I have no idea what to do, he was poorly last week but he’s fine now but he’s still clinging to me won’t go to dad cry’s and screams for no reason he cry’s when I change his nappy just bizarre feel like I’m losing my mind, x

Yes! All the time, my girl has been like this for the past few weeks, all day everyday she’s whining

We are also going through the same. All he wants is me. And he will all the time be on my lap, play on my lap but won't leave me at all. Not even let me finish preparing food. He wants to be held while I cook, go to the loo or do any activity - just glued to me. Not sure what's causing it. May be teething or developmental like others said. Trying to keep my cool.

Yep can completely relate! The whinging and tantrums is next level at the moment! I'm struggling to even take her out to shops as she's having meltdowns when she doesn't get her own way. When at home, she's glued to me too x
