We're you a teacher/ principal/ administrator's kid?

I was a principals kid growing up. My son is going to the same school my dad was principal at, and my sister and I graduated from. I am having a hard time dealing with the current staff in the office. I can't tell if I just have unreasonable expectations due to being a principals daughter or if there is actually a problem.
