Keeping it all in doesn't do you any good in my opinion I agree with Amy. Plus you can vent here as well. You will probably find people that are going tru something similar or just find some encouragement.
I agree with the 2 ladies above. A lot of the time, you need that space and safety to vent about whatever. I can often do you more harm than good to continue to internalize. Often times you can find solutions to your problems by talking it through or even just hearing yourself say things out loud. Do you have some one you feel safe enough to vent to?
Sometimes just talking (alone in your car our pouring your heart out to God) is super helpful.. sometimes just hearing your thoughts out loud helps you put perspective on your feelings and can allow you to troubleshoot methods of how to deal with things differently.
Totally agree with the rest. But I'm also guilty. I also have no one to let ot out either

@Sybel it really does, I have designated myself as the listener to my friend group as sometimes that is all you really need. I have a friend who struggles with her mental health and she is allowed to call me in the wee hours of the morning to release whatever she is feeling when she is going thru an episode. I'll ask if she wants my advice or for me just to listen only and let her go from there. She has expressed that just listening to her has saved her more than I realized.
Start small make your bed clean your sink journal then handle a heavy issue

@Sybel thank you, I just try to be the friend that I would want to have/and some have been to me in those moments.
Talk about it once. To a support person. Then, move on, dwelling on an issue, and repeatedly talking about what you don't want brings more of what you don't want. Talk more about what you do want and more good will come. Manifesting and law of attraction.
I disagree that it accomplishes nothing. Talking about your problems, with the right ppl (your support), is helpful.
