@Shimaya what does free bleed a little mean?
Don’t use pads or tampons. There are chemicals in them that could be making you last longer. It’s a lil gross that’s why I recommend doing it in the bath. Plus it gives you relief from cramps.
Speak to your GP you may need to change contraception or some off of it.

Drink lots of water, Tylenol, eat some gelatin (not too much) , take a bath (free bleed for a lil)
