Tests after miscarriage
So I had a miscarriage (missed) at 6 and a half weeks. Didn’t start bleeding until 10 weeks. This is my 6th day of bleeding. My tests are still super strong/ extremely dark Is this normal?

I had a MMC in March 22’, I found out at 12w, baby stopped growing at 7wish, I was still testing positive at the end of April, I had retained tissue which caused an infection and had a D&C within 2 days. After my D&C it took about 7 days and my test were completely negative. As Danielle said, if you are still testing positive 3w after your bleeding started, definitely go and get checked to make sure no retained pregnancy tissue. If your bleeding gets super heavy, and makes you feel dizzy/faint or unwell, any unusual discharge or smell, or prolonged pain definitely get checked again. It can take awhile for tHC to leave the system after a complete miscarriage. I am sorry for your loss, big hugs x

Im sorry for your loss. Your tests might be positive for a few weeks. They say if it’s still positive after 3 weeks then speak to the doctor as there may be retained tissue.
