@Draya I've tried, there's no groups specifically for my town, all others are over an hour away and due to my disability I can't travel
i’m so sorry your going through this, you still have a future ahead of you, please look on the bright side. maybe have a chat with your husband about your feelings. make sure your claiming the right benefits also notifying the council that your house is small can help.
What’s your question here ?
I’m truly sorry to hear about your situation. I really hope things start getting better with the new bundle of joy❤️. Maybe getting the kids out more often would help with frustrations they might have. Having some alone time might help you and decrease the stress. Try asking hubby to take kids out for an hour or so at the time they’re the most intense. Arguing with hubby is totally normal when it comes to stress and hormones ❤️ hang in there I’m sure things will get better. I would suggest doing a self referral to talk plus. As you’re pregnant you will be prioritised and they will help you very quickly. I had antenatal depression and having someone to talk to really helped me.
Chat with your GP about how you feel, have tried counselling. Also small groups operating remotely like. Mind Mums. Local groups etc, children centre too
I’m really sorry to hear you feel stuck. Have you tried looking into any social groups in your area on Facebook/instagram?
