Hi @anamaria, thank you for your question!❤️ So self-discovery is all about exploring who you are beyond your role as a mom, and how these insights enhance your life, giving you hope and motivation to pursue your future goals. For self-improvement, I find it really helpful to engage in self-reflection through journaling, attend therapy for mental health support, and focus on my spiritual growth through reading the Bible and praying, to name a few. These practices help me stay grounded, and connected to my personal + spiritual + parenting journeys 🌱 hope that answers your question. Let me know if you have any other questions or comments, or feel free to message me! 😊
I heard this thing recently. When you have anxiety about something think of 3-5 ways in which your assumption about the stressful thing could be totally wrong. Game changer.
Figure out your trauma and work on it. Or your fears and work on it. I recently learned I have no trauma, fears or baggage because I was taught to try everything once. So I'm not scared of failing. I always had a parent around when I asked for them and they never no showed. So i know I'm loved and no abandonment. I've never been in a sexual encounter I didn't want to be in so i don't have any past trauma. Study yourself from 0-8 years old and you'll learn exactly who you are.
