Do some of you guys get in depression being at home all the time with the kids?

Currently i have a 1 year old boy and a 3.5 year old girl. Shes not in school yet. I stay home with both of them . Husband works 6 days a week. I have no social life because I cant get out the house without the kids and when I try to invite someone over they have an excuse. How can i cope and make this easier on my mental health please help. I feel like maybe im getting into depression. I dont really like social gatherings like I used too either. I would rather stay home and watch movies. But I am also dying for an adult conversation. Is this a sign of depression ?

Try going to playgroups or something like that I started to feel the same but then I met a mum who had kids a similar age we started meeting up at soft plays and parks. Or may be try going to kids classes such as dance or gymnastics it gets you all out and a chance to meet other parents.

Meet moms here, go to playgrounds, museums, etc. the longer you stay out of social life, the more resentment you might feel towards it. Get out of the house, it benefits everyone!! The kids, yourself, everyone. Kids get tired, day looks less the same, even a conversation ordering a coffee can become charging. GET OUT OF THE HOUSE!! 🫶🏼

Get out of the house when u can am a stay at home mum to she be 2 next month and my other 2 go to school 13 10 when we get home from school one I clean up the house make breakfast then it’s like 11 1130. Have a nap get up have lunch pick up the kids from school. Go to the gym at 7:30. That’s my time the gym. It helps me so much and on the weekend we go soft play or park if I stay in it just makes everything worse when it’s raining. Go out for 10 or 15 minutes to the park the kids love it.
