Need to get pregnant ASAP- pls help

Hi, so I've been diagnosed with a brain tumor last year. I've successfully evicted it but now my team want to put me on this drug to slow any regrowth. Problem is, I can't be pregnant on it. My team said its OK to delay it for a year meaning I need to hustle if I want to have another baby(already have a 2yo conceived naturally) Curious to hear what helped ladies to get pregnant quick. I have appointment at fertility clinic as it might be faster (tests in 2 weeks, consult in 3) but need all the advice and suggestions when timing is of essence. TIAx

Also, totally open to try and conceive naturally too. I just know that time constraints are not helpful when trying to do this naturally

Proceive conception for both you and your partner. Also cut down on your caffeine intake on both sides. Wishing you lots of luck 🥰
