My hg was worst, the day I found out I was pregnant, that's when my hg started till I gave birth, I couldn't eat or drink anything, I was always admitted at the hospital for being dehydrated and infection for not eating and drinking, I was always on antibiotics each time I go for antenatal

Honestly unfortunately I only lasted around 4 weeks before it got unbearable 😢 by 12 weeks I was signed off sick and have been since. I’m now almost 35 weeks

There is a law in the US that theybhave to make reasonable accommodations for pregnant women. I had my OB sign paperwork for me to basically have an excuse to sit longer

I was off my whole pregnancy, this is quite common, unless you are lucky to find medication to help. If you can’t work, you can’t work

I’m massively struggling

See what accommodations your doctor can sign off on if you need/want to continue working, but it all depends on the job and it’s nature. Unfortunately some roles just aren’t compatible with HG even with 10000 accommodations ☹️ just champion and advocate for what YOU want and need, don’t let them fire you or pressure you to resign due to a medical condition, it’s totally illegal. You might even consider taking out a loan or moving in with family temporarily if possible to take some of the financial burden off—HG financially devastated my partner and I and we wished we would’ve taken greater action sooner, but there was no way of knowing how long it would last. Good luck mama 🩷

My HG started at 7 weeks and I was signed off work for 4 months.. went back to work t for about a month and a half and just couldn’t do it have been off ever since and due my baby next… even with antisickness tablets, the actual sickness subsided but the feeling of nausea has always been there since 7 weeks! Hope you’re doing ok it’s not an easy road 🥺🩷

My hg started at 6 weeks this time. I worked week 6 and took off going forward
