My friend is about to start IVF treatment and I wanted to send a card..

“Hope your dreams for growing a happy healthy family come true” or “sending you baby dust” (something the IVF community says a lot to each other for well wishes) Or just let her know you’re along the way to support her. IVF can be a lengthy process and can be heartbreaking/disappointing but also dreams do come true

When I was going through IVF I found the most helpful messages didn’t focus on the outcome - sometimes just telling them that you love them and are thinking of them, letting them know they can call on you if they need anything is enough. It’s a lovely thing to acknowledge her experience with a card - sometimes people don’t know what to say so they don’t say anything so she will appreciate the gesture either way xx

I would basically say good luck and that you’ll be there for her if she need some support. It’s a hard journey and something that really needs extra support throughout it
