Nexplanon
Hey! I have recently put the bc implant (September 2024) got my period for all months after until January where I basically got my period for the full month, had one week without and had a period again 1 week of feb. I have not had a period since and my pregnancy tests are negative. Do you guys think I will get a period sometime soon?

I recently had my Nexplanon implant removed due to the pain it was causing me. The effects of the implant can vary from person to person; for some, it may stop their periods, while for others, it could lead to increased bleeding. I also agree with Garcia that it can significantly affect mood swings and other emotional changes.
@Gracia Definitely have been struggling but it works for me in terms on not needing to worry about taking a pill. Definitely feel a higher need for therapy

I had the nexplanon bc, worse experience. Period and spotting for straight 30 days, acne, mood swings, depression, definitely it was a no for me.
