Bladder prolapse tampon issues!! 🤬😡
After my third kiddo 7 years ago, I've been dealing with this crap!!! Either I can't get it in all, or I get it in and then it turns sideways!! Any tips??

@Aicha Period underwear? I've never heard of those before??
@xAmyx period underwear has a very absorbent gusset. It didn't appeal to me at first, but I now think they're great! Just keep a designated bucket, ideally with lid, for soaking in cold water. Could even do a cold rinse in the washing machine before washing it as normal. Cheeky pants in the UK, for example, are great with advising on what size you need. Unsure about other brands!
