Agree with the poster that recommended getting a fertility MOT and sperm analysis done to rule out any issues, you could also try adding in some supplements such as proxeed and impryl as fertility clinics will likely recommend these anyway. We suffered with secondary infertility and ended up doing IVF because of male factor issues, definitely don't leave it too long to go and get the tests done though as that way you'll know what your next steps are sooner rather than later.
