We tried proxeed plus and noticed in my husbands following analysis that things had improved so they had made a good impact. Unfortunately nothing happened so we moved onto impryl I cant say that we had as many retests as what we did following taking proxeed but over some time his numbers had continued to get better. They were still up and down but better in comparison. We were generally fairly healthy no alcohol. Caffeine or smoking but he did start eat lots of nuts daily and we both feel this possibly helped. His morphology was 1 percent then went to 2 percent and stayed around there for long time. We didn't get tested for a while so to then find his morphology was 6 percent was amazing. So something worked. Unfortunately other areas were still up and down so needed icsi for our 2nd cycle. First cycle his sample was good enough for normal ivf x
I started taking Infolic Alpha from the same company and I’m currently 15 weeks pregnant after TTC for 5 years. Can’t say it was that that’s helped but the only thing I’ve added in 🤷🏼♀️
@Rach I also took the inofolic alpha. While I still ended up having IVF, I really do believe it helped to regulate my periods.
I didn't take it but my husband did for severe MFI prior to us starting IVF. It definitely helped improve certain aspects of his sperm but the motility was unchanged at 0.4% and morphology was pretty much the same so we still had to have ICSI - however, they were able to use the fresh sample on the day as the quality had slightly improved. I can't see any harm in trying it tbh and it may end up working for you (and the clinics will likely recommend you use that or proxeed anyway)
