Etherow, reddish vale, dovestones, haughton vale is alright but will need to be able to push pram uphill for one of the bits (not too much), werneth Lowe but would drive up to the top if you have a pram - Hare and Hounds is there with great views especially for this weather x
Longdendale trail is my usual go to. There’s hadfield town with lots of shops and cafes
